Refund and Returns Policy

At A.S. Food Products, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver safe, fresh, and high-quality beverages. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds are applicable.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong product
- The product was damaged in transit
- The item is expired or unfit for consumption upon delivery
To be eligible, the request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please provide photo or video proof along with your order details.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of food and beverages, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or partially used products
- Products returned after 48 hours
- Items with no proof of damage or error
3. Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or issue store credit (as per your preference). Refunds are processed within 7 working days after approval.
4. Replacements
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we offer a free replacement for the same item, subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, you may opt for a refund or exchange with a different product of equal value.
5. Cancellations

- Description of the issue
- Clear photo or video of the product (if applicable)
